Publisher Dotemu and developer Tribute Games announce in collaboration with Nickelodeon for June 16th Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge in a brand new fight against the Foot Clan for PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as Game Pass. Starting today, fans can get a 10% discount by pre-ordering the game on Nintendo eShop and the Microsoft Store before the June 16 release. This discount will also be available on PlayStation Store* and Steam in the coming days.

A brand new trailer was unveiled on the Summer Game Fest stage, showcasing the highly anticipated spirited Turtles ally “Casey Jones” as a playable character who will join them in cleaning up the streets of New York City. Casey’s balance of range, speed, and power makes him a formidable all-around threat as he swings gracefully and powerfully through flanks of Foot Clan soldiers with his signature hockey stick. Casey Jones is an unlockable character.

The announcement also includes the first look at
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge’s 6 player multiplayer mode. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge Scales the size of enemy groups based on the number of players beating each other up and down. This turns the 6-player multiplayer mode into an absolutely intense showdown against Shredder’s terrible minions. Gathering friends on a couch isn’t the only way to play together though – online multiplayer for 2-6 players has been confirmed, with heroes being able to join and leave the game at any time.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge combines the work of two retro professionals. On the one hand, Dotemu, development studio and publisher known for faithful ports, as well as excellent remakes and sequels of popular series, including Streets of Rage 4the quick-witted hit nominated for Best Action Game at the 2020 Game Awards, and the fast-paced Windjammer’s 2nd and the much-vaunted Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap. On the other hand, Tribute Games, the studio behind original IPs with a retro feel, like Panzer Paladin, Flinthook and Mercenary Kings, which combine the spirit of classic games with a new feel. The Tribute Games ranks also include key talents who have contributed to games like the acclaimed Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Gameand the one released in 2007 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for the Gameboy Advance were involved.
