Light in the dark: Apparently there are even several new Silent Hill titles in the works.
It has been rumored for what feels like an eternity that a new Silent Hill part should appear. Now the many rumors seem to have been more or less confirmed by a solid leak with pictures. The pictures probably show one of allegedly several Silent Hill games that are currently in the works. However, the screenshots could only stay online for a very short time, which drastically increases their credibility.

New leak apparently real: The well-known leaker DuskGolem presented four images from a new Silent Hill game on Twitter. He emphasizes that although the source is new and the pictures are from 2020, he has many good reasons not to doubt the authenticity. On the contrary: He is very sure that it is an actual project and made a conscious decision to only publish these somewhat older screenshots.

Offline again: Because the pictures are probably really real, DuskGolem’s Twitter account was immediately shut down with a DMCA takedown notice. Only after he took the pictures offline was the account released again. Which, with a probability bordering on certainty, indicates that these images may well be real, otherwise this would hardly have happened.
