– The fact that AEW stars also appear for a wide variety of independent promotions is actually not worth a special report, but of course there are talents that fans of the indie scene would particularly like to see in other promotions. Bryan Danielson is certainly one of these stars, after all the 40-year-old made a significant contribution to the success of the scene in the 0s. On April 30th at a DEFY Wrestling show, Jon Moxley hinted at a match by Bryan Danielson at the indie promotion from Seattle, Washington, which of course caused cheers not least because Danielson has his roots in Washington. However, it seems fans will have to wait a while for former Daniel Bryan to match at DEFY, as AEW doesn’t want to give Danielson clearance to play in Washington state until they’ve hosted their first show in that region. At the moment, however, no shows have been announced in Seattle or the surrounding area. As is well known, the situation is similar with appearances by Danielson at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla in Los Angeles, California. Again, Tony Khan wanted to host AEW himself in California before allowing Danielson to play in that market. But there is hope at PWG, because AEW will be visiting California for the first time on June 1st and 3rd.

– For today’s edition of “AEW DARK” 11 matches have been announced so far.
